Our client is an International Education Networking Institute based out of London, they have recently open a new office in the region.
They have an excellent and exciting opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer specializing in Commercial Law

COMMERCIAL LAWYER (UK Qualified)

- You will be mainly confronted with business cases of litigation in the typical form of contractual claims.

- Support litigation and prepare cases

- You will be involved in the rights, relations, and conduct of business engaged in commerce, merchandising, trade, and sales.

- Looking regulatory schemes related to commerce and how it is conducted

- Restructuring of companies, financial aspects, M&A, listings of companies on the Stock Exchange

- Project management related to Commercial Law

Requirements

- You MUST HAVE a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Law

- You MUST BE a UK Lawyer (GDL), LPG) specializing in Commercial Law, LPC

- You MUST HAVE experience/trained with a London or UK firm

- You MUST BE experienced in reading and amending contracts, drafting legal papers for businesses and reviewing business mergers

- You MUST HAVE English mother tongue (German is not a requirement)
