Senior HR Business Partner / Generalist
The Position
- Support the line managers by providing
advice and support in all HR related matters
- Support and facilitate change management
processes
- Source, retain and develop talent
- Develop together with colleagues, hr
policies to changing business requirements and
regulatory frameworks
- Participate in the implementation of
strategic HR projects a
- Provide efficient and cost effective HR
services and management information
Your Profile
- Degree educated or equivalent professional
HR qualification.
- You have a strong background as an HR
generalist - minimum of 5 years professional HR
experience and achievement.
- Essential: Financial Services or Banking
sector background. (candidates without banking/fin.
services experience will not be considered)
- Effective project management and
implementation skills
- Experience of HR databases/systems for
recording and reporting purposes, and fully
conversant with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, a commercial
mindest and the ability to deliver timely
practical solutions within budget
- Team player with a flexible mindset
- Fluent in English and German
