Administrative
Assistant (Ref 3294)
The Position
In this role you will provide administrative support
to the share registrar and database manager and also
cover for them during vacations or other absences:
- You will respond to shareholder inquiries,
conduct address researches
- provide logistical support in organizing and
conducting of the annual meeting of shareholders,
- support the database manager in reviewing
and inputting of corporate information in the
database, compiling statistics, charts and other
information on the holdings of the Group.
- provide documentation for regulatory filing
purposes.
Your Profile
- commercial education or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years of practical experience
in an administrative role, preferably in a law
firm or a legal department of an international
corporation.
- Excellent PC user skills - Word, Excel,
Lotus Notes, PowerPoint
- strong organisational skills
- flexible team player with good communication
and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English, with working
knowledge of French
